Clean room, friendly staff, featuring ample USB ports and great breakfast options, made our stay enjoyable, and its convenient location just off the freeway made it easy for quick access to Nashville.

room we got had a lingering odor that made it a bit uncomfortable. Despite this, the amenities were decent and the location was quite convenient, making our overall experience a bit of a mixed bag.

I recently stayed in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds and was pleased with how clean and modern the room was. The air conditioning worked well and the provided breakfast had a good variety, especially the hot options like eggs and sausages. The staff was super friendly and offered helpful recommendations for local eateries.

The second I walked into the Best Western, the staff made me feel welcome. The check-in process went smoothly, and I greatly appreciated the local restaurant recommendation. The room looked modern and was exceptionally clean. I really liked having plenty of USB ports to charge my devices. The breakfast exceeded my expectations with a nice variety of hot and cold options, especially the biscuits and gravy. However, I did notice the noise from the interstate could be distracting, especially at night. My room sat close to the road, so I struggled a bit with the traffic sounds. Additionally, I encountered a little issue with the sink not draining properly, which could use some attention. Overall, my experience was largely positive despite those few hiccups.

The room was exceptionally clean, well-decorated, and accessible. I especially appreciated the easy parking right at my door, making it convenient for my travel needs.

Walking into the room, I noticed the carpets had seen better days. some stains suggested a bit of neglect in upkeep. Breakfast fell flat with instant eggs that didn't impress, and the coffee could have used a stronger kick. I found out the swimming pool was closed for the season, which was a bummer since I had hoped to take a dip. Overall, the hotel seemed to reflect its age, showing wear that hinted it could use a refresh.

I was really impressed by the clean, well-decorated room! It made my stay restful. However, the pet fee was a bit on the high side. 😕
